About the Role We are currently seeking experienced excavator operators to take on stable, long-term roles working on major infrastructure projects across Christchurch. This opportunity offers guaranteed minimum 30-hour contracts for New Zealand citizens and residents. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Previous operating experience in construction or civil environments. - Proficiency in operating heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, rollers, and dump trucks. - A full clean Class 1 license with WTR; a Class 2 license is preferred. - A strong work ethic and good communication skills. - Competence in health and safety procedures.
