About the Role We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Builders Labourers to join our team in Hawkes Bay. In this role, you will be working alongside Trade Qualified personnel on both residential and commercial new builds. Your day-to-day tasks will include a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the success of our projects. Responsibilities - Perform physical labour tasks at building, construction, excavation, or demolition sites. - Maintain and operate a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols. - Clean and prepare sites, assist in erecting scaffolding, and manage rubble and debris cleanup. - Collaborate with other trade workers as required to ensure smooth operations. Requirements - Currently completing your Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry or have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Builders Labourer. - While owning tools is not necessary, it is highly advantageous. - A minimum restricted license and your own transportation to and from the site are essential. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to follow instructions and effectively interact with supervisors.
