About the Role
We are seeking a full-time team member to join us in a dynamic administrative and candidate-focused role that emphasizes event coordination. This position requires someone who excels in interpersonal skills and has a strong attention to detail. With our team working closely together, you will play a crucial part in achieving significant results.
The role is based in Christchurch but serves a wider regional area. You will be working Monday to Friday, enjoying half days on Fridays. We provide essential tools for success, including a phone and laptop, and expect you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where solution-focused thinking is essential.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- An outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in administration and compliance tasks.
- A flexible mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.
- Experience with agency recruitment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include registering candidates, preparing them for work, managing payroll, completing compliance checks, and assisting with large-scale events.
