About the Role In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and presenting premium meat products for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat to meet our store standards. - Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and quality practices. - Providing exceptional customer service and knowledgeable advice to our patrons. - Ensuring that displays are well-stocked, attractive, and engaging. - Working efficiently to meet daily production targets. This is a full-time role with a minimum of 38 hours per week. Flexibility to work on weekends is required. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques. - A commitment to food safety and workplace health standards. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Effective communication skills. - A reliable, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
