About the Role We are looking for dedicated Farm Workers to join our farming teams in permanent positions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on farm work and possess a genuine concern for animal welfare. The work can be physically demanding and may involve heavy lifting. The shifts will start at 7:00 AM, and weekend and public holiday work will be required. Requirements We are seeking candidates who are reliable, punctual, and physically fit. It is essential that you have the legal right to work in New Zealand. Please note that our recruitment process includes a pre-employment medical examination and drug screening. Benefits We offer competitive pay rates that exceed the minimum wage. Our pay structure includes increases after every 12 months of service for three consecutive years. Employees receive overtime pay at 1.6 times their ordinary base rate for the first two hours after an 8-hour workday, and 1.75 times thereafter.
