About the Role We are currently seeking a thoughtful and experienced Senior Product Owner with a strong technical background to support our professional sellers by providing them with the necessary tools for success. This position is a fixed-term contract until March 2026. In this role, you will: - Deliver on the roadmap for a core area of our Marketplace, collaborating with your team to make informed, value-driven decisions. - Translate our strategic goals into actionable tasks that empower your engineering squad to excel in their work. - Address complex, large-scale challenges that arise at the intersection of customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. - Guide the full product lifecycle, from engaging with users during the discovery phase to launching features and learning from live interactions. - Champion your squad's agile processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring team success. - Facilitate communication among your squad and stakeholders, managing dependencies and maintaining alignment through clear communication. - Be the voice of our customers, leveraging data and empathy to ensure their needs are central to every decision we make. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will bring: - Intermediate level experience in a Product role, having led engineering teams in a dynamic, agile environment with a proven ability to own outcomes, develop value-driven roadmaps, and achieve measurable results. - Exceptional collaboration skills, with an ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. - Deep technical fluency, with a robust understanding of web and mobile technologies, engineering practices, and system architecture. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, equipped with techniques for informed decision-making and risk management. - A results-oriented mindset, coupled with the energy, drive, and enthusiasm to motivate your team and accomplish great things. - Proficiency in agile principles and collaborative tools such as Jira and Miro to ensure clarity and transparency.
