Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Manage a portfolio of properties effectively - Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and property owners - Resolve conflicts and address tenant concerns - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and growth objectives Requirements To be considered for this position, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Proven experience in property management - Outstanding people skills with a strong customer focus - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Conflict resolution capabilities - Proficiency in computer literacy; experience with Palace software is highly regarded - A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills - A high level of personal presentation and professionalism - A positive and proactive approach to work - A full New Zealand driver's license - A strong focus on sales and growth This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
