About the Role As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive wage ranging from $30.50 to $32.50 per hour, with a minimum expectation of 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that our service standards are met and customer satisfaction remains high. Your key responsibilities will include supervising kitchen and service staff, delegating tasks effectively, and monitoring customer satisfaction. You will handle any complaints and work to create a positive dining experience for our guests. Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff, as well as assisting in menu planning and budget management. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or a similar establishment. A strong understanding of service standards, health regulations, and food safety compliance is essential.
