About the Role We are excited to offer a part-time opportunity for an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our supportive team. This position requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a variety of recreational, diversional, social, and craft activities for our residents. Your efforts will promote happiness, well-being, and quality of life for all individuals in our care. You will also work closely with and support your colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment. A full driver's license and comfort with driving a manual van are essential for this position. About You To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, you should possess strong empathy and outstanding communication skills. We value a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor, which is essential for fostering connections with our residents and colleagues. Requirements While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not essential.
