About the Role We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team at Olam Food Ingredients (OFI) and are looking for ten skilled and enthusiastic drivers to join our milk collection operation based in Tokoroa. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth and safe collections while delivering top-quality service to our farmers. As a driver, you will navigate a variety of terrains, from gravel tracks to rural roads, and your commitment to safety, vehicle maintenance, and operational excellence will reflect the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect. Work Pattern The positions available include full-time, permanent roles as well as full-time, fixed-term roles, both featuring a rotating 3/3/3 roster. This means you will work three days on, three nights on, and have three days off, with an average shift lasting between 10 to 12 hours. These roles will be specifically focused on the peak milk collection season, which runs from July to January. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - A Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with at least two years of driving experience. - Confidence in navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrains. - Flexibility to work both day and night shifts. - An eagerness to learn new technology and adapt to our systems. - A passion for teamwork and customer service; we would love to hear about your experiences. Please note that these positions are set to start on July 1, 2025, as we prepare for an exciting season ahead.
