The responsibilities of the roles we offer include: - Home management - Personal care - Assisting individuals to achieve their goals - Supporting daily activities - Aiding with exercise, mobility, and medication management (with provided training) Requirements To be a great fit for Care on Call, you should possess the following qualities: - A genuine compassion for others and a caring demeanor - Professionalism and a willingness to support individuals in their home environment In addition to these qualities, we have some specific requirements: - A current, clean full driver's license - The legal right to work in New Zealand - Level 2, 3, or 4 health qualification is essential - Previous experience as a caregiver or support worker with similar clients - An energetic disposition, initiative, and a good sense of humor - Reliability, punctuality, honesty, and a caring attitude Benefits We value our employees and aim to create a supportive work environment.
