Our mission is to pair compassionate support workers with residents in their own homes, helping them live independently while receiving the care they need. About the Role We are currently seeking passionate individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of others. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential support to individuals in their homes while also advancing your own career. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule and a comprehensive training program designed to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in this rewarding field. The responsibilities of the roles we offer include: - Home management - Personal care - Assisting individuals to achieve their goals - Supporting daily activities - Aiding with exercise, mobility, and medication management (with provided training) Requirements To be a great fit for Care on Call, you should possess the following qualities: - A genuine compassion for others and a caring demeanor - Professionalism and a willingness to support individuals in their home environment In addition to these qualities, we have some specific requirements: - A current, clean full driver's license - The legal right to work in New Zealand - Level 2, 3, or 4 health qualification is essential - Previous experience as a caregiver or support worker with similar clients - An energetic disposition, initiative, and a good sense of humor - Reliability, punctuality, honesty, and a caring attitude Benefits We value our employees and aim to create a supportive work environment.
