About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality architectural designs and documentation. We are looking for candidates who have completed a Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or a New Zealand Certificate in Draughting, or an equivalent qualification. It is an added advantage if you are working towards your registration or LBP3.
We value candidates who possess strong Revit 3D modeling skills and can produce clear construction and presentation documents. Attention to detail is crucial; we seek individuals who can identify nuances that others may overlook. A solid understanding of New Zealand construction industry standards and building regulations is also essential.
Strong communication skills are important, as you will collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members. We appreciate self-starters who demonstrate a genuine desire to learn and grow. Additionally, a current full New Zealand driver's license is required for this position.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor or Master of Architecture, New Zealand Certificate in Draughting, or equivalent qualification
- Strong Revit 3D modeling skills
