About the Role We are currently seeking workers for a casual, on-call position with a pay rate ranging from $23.50 to $25.00 per hour, plus 8% holiday pay. There are also temp-to-perm opportunities available. We are looking for individuals who can commit to working at least 3-5 days a week. The more flexible your availability, the more work we can offer as it becomes available. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for this role. Candidates must have their own transportation, as you will be required to travel to various job sites across the Hawkes Bay region. Permanent opportunities may be available depending on performance and availability. Key Responsibilities - Assist in setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary worksites under the supervision of a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS). - Safely direct vehicles and pedestrians through work sites. Requirements - A positive attitude and willingness to learn. - TTMW/TMO tickets are preferred but not essential. - Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to the role. - Availability for at least three days a week, including some weekends. - Ability to follow instructions and a willingness to learn. - Capability to pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with random testing thereafter. - Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
