About the Role As the Operations Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to engage with our team of drivers, providing direction and support to foster a positive work environment. Your primary focus will be on the day-to-day delivery of our urban services, ensuring that we assign the right drivers to the right buses at the right times. You will act as a health and safety champion, promoting a culture that prioritizes the well-being of our teams. Collaboration with our yard and workshop teams will be essential, as effective communication will enhance our operational capabilities and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
