About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager for our BNT Papakura Branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with regular hours from Monday to Friday, along with alternate Saturday mornings. In this role, you will have significant autonomy to manage your branch end-to-end. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing margin and overall business performance, overseeing inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with our customers. As the Branch Manager, you will also lead the recruitment, coaching, and support of your team, ensuring they reach their full potential and become top performers.
