About the Role
We are currently seeking a leader for our Replenishment team. This role involves working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, where you will be responsible for ensuring excellent product availability and overseeing stock management, including product rotation and quality checks. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through appealing stock displays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring optimal stock presentation and replenishment by conducting regular shop floor walks to prioritize, rotate, and present stock to the highest standards, particularly focusing on essentials, promotions, and fresh food.
- Collaborating with the Availability Leader to ensure seamless product availability, preventing gaps and lost sales.
- Guiding and supporting team operations by providing clear direction to the Store Operations Support (SOS) team and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Driving continuous improvement by resolving escalated process issues and conducting regular health checks to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Contributing to store leadership by stepping in as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts and actively participating in initiatives such as "Better Together" connections.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across functions and with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in effective team leadership, including delegating tasks, monitoring progress, providing coaching and constructive feedback, and motivating team members.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and performance standards.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and take action based on data, demonstrating a commitment to accountability for timely and accurate delivery of work.
- A consistent alignment with company values, reflecting integrity and dedication in your actions.
