About the Role: As a Window Treatments Specialist, you will consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend tailored window treatment solutions. You will drive sales by engaging with clients, following up, and building strong relationships. Your business development skills will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with our Design and Retail Team to ensure a seamless project delivery from consultation through to installation. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, fabrics, and window treatment technologies will enable you to provide expert advice to our clients. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Window Treatments Specialist with expertise in drapes, blinds, shades, shutters, and similar products. - Strong sales and business development skills, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster lasting client relationships. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. - Knowledge of interior design trends and fabrics is an advantage. - A valid driver's license is required.
