About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual/Reliever employee. This role requires access to a vehicle, as you will be working across multiple sites in the North Shore, Auckland region. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and assisting children with programme activities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all participants, and supporting the Programme Manager in executing daily tasks.
As part of your duties, you will report any concerns regarding children or behavioral issues directly to the Programme Manager.
Please note that this is a casual employment position with work scheduled from Monday to Friday. You will be rostered on an "as required" basis, meaning there are no guaranteed minimum or maximum hours. Typically, your hours will fall within the before school schedule from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM and the after school schedule starting from 2:30 PM. Additionally, holiday programme shifts may be available for those looking to work more hours.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid visa to work in New Zealand without restrictions
- Be able to commute and work at various locations as listed above
- Have a genuine interest in working in similar industries
- Possess prior experience working with children, whether through babysitting or volunteer opportunities
