About the Role We are seeking an Office Manager who will be the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly. This diverse, hands-on role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to collaborate closely with our leadership team across multiple functions of the business. In this position, you will support both executive and operational levels, handling a range of responsibilities from office administration and team coordination to HR support, systems management, and governance oversight. Your key duties will include: - Providing executive and operational support - Overseeing daily office operations and serving as the point of contact for all office-related issues to ensure a productive work environment - Assisting with HR procedures and compliance audits - Planning and executing both internal and external events - Managing relationships with office suppliers, contractors, and service providers - Liaising with IT providers to assist with onboarding technical setups and resolving any office-wide issues About You We are looking for a candidate who is eager to extend their capabilities and develop a fulfilling career with the training and guidance to support their growth. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role with multi-functional responsibilities - Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities confidently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A tech-savvy individual with a solid working knowledge of common office and project management tools - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail - Experience in HR processes, recruitment, or compliance is a definite plus - A team player with a positive attitude Your interpersonal skills will reflect our Stellar values of Greatness, Positivity, and Leadership.
