We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Claims Performance Analyst in either our Wellington or Palmerston North office.
About the Role
In this fixed-term position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our products and operations, specifically focusing on claims data analytics. You will provide expert technical analysis and valuable advice to support our efforts in maintaining and improving our claims performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and analyzing claims data for reporting and performance assessment.
- Delivering insightful reports that help us understand and manage claims performance effectively.
- Implementing and updating analytical models and associated reporting to identify and monitor operational trends in claims.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of five years of experience in the financial or insurance industry, with at least three years in an analytical role.
- A solid understanding of insurance policies and packages.
- Familiarity with the Guidewire suite and business analytics tools such as SAS Visual Analytics and SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
This is a fixed-term opportunity available until March 31, 2026.
