About the Role We are currently seeking physically fit and reliable General Labourers to join our team in the Hastings, Havelock North, and Napier areas. This position offers a hands-on work experience with a variety of tasks each day. The start date for this role is immediate, and the pay rate ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay cycle is weekly, ensuring you receive your earnings promptly. Responsibilities As a General Labourer, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting tradespeople and contractors with various tasks on construction sites, in factories, or other work environments. - Performing general site clean-up, including debris removal and waste disposal. - Following instructions from supervisors and working collaboratively with the team. - Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - A restricted driver's license and your own transportation to travel to different work sites are essential. - You should be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25 kilograms, with the ability to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods. - A willingness to work in various weather conditions and different work environments is necessary. - A strong work ethic and punctuality are key attributes we are looking for. - You may be required to complete a pre-employment drug test.
