About the Role
This is a permanent, part-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education to our tamariki. Your contribution will be essential in helping them explore and grow within a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. You will collaborate closely with our enthusiastic team and report to the Centre Manager, contributing to the ongoing success of our center. While a formal ECE qualification is not required, experience working with children under five and a natural affinity for young children are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and education to our tamariki, fostering their love for learning.
- Encourage and empower children's learning through engaging and exciting activities.
- Actively participate in center activities and assist with staff breaks as needed.
- Support daily operations across the center to ensure everything runs smoothly.
