Night merchandising in Whangarei

About the Company HOOP is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a nighttime merchandiser in Whangarei. In this role, you will support our clients' product ranges within a local store, playing a vital part in ensuring that products are well-presented and accessible to customers. About the Role This position involves approximately 9 hours of work each week, with shifts scheduled on Sunday (4 hours), Tuesday (2.25 hours), and Thursday (2.5 hours). In addition to these scheduled hours, there are regular display setups that will require extra time, typically conducted on Sunday nights. You will have the flexibility to start anytime after 2 AM, provided that all tasks are completed by 7 AM, prior to the store’s opening. This is a hands-on role that involves merchandising a diverse range of products. Typical responsibilities during your shift may include: - Restocking shelves - Rotating stock - Building and setting up display stands - Maintaining display stands - Ensuring products are displayed neatly and correctly Requirements We are looking for a flexible merchandiser who meets the following criteria: - Resides in or within a 10 km radius of Whangarei city center - Holds at least a restricted driver’s license and has access to a reliable vehicle - Is physically fit and healthy, as the role involves some heavy lifting - Is comfortable using a provided phone or tablet for reporting purposes Benefits We are committed to supporting our team members and will provide comprehensive on-site training.
