About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to collaborate with our in-store teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing our in-store and national marketing calendar. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in photography, videography, and basic graphic design.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You should be ready to support your colleagues and contribute to the team whenever necessary.
Reporting to the Member Principal, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of the annual marketing plan
- Coordinating, communicating, and implementing all advertising efforts, including print, television, radio, digital, and social media
- Creating engaging photo and video content for marketing and social media campaigns
- Designing basic graphics for social media, advertising, and in-store signage
- Managing advertising within the allocated budget
- Monitoring and analyzing advertising campaigns to assess effectiveness
- Bringing creative ideas to life with enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Communicating with various stakeholders at all levels
- Producing in-store signage, including pricing, banners, and posters
- Coordinating the execution of events, such as trade breakfasts, Easy as Kids workshops, Helping Hands community projects, and charity sponsorships
Requirements
