About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Sales Cadet & Delivery Specialist to join our New Vehicle team at Rutherford & Bond Toyota Wellington. In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide customers through their vehicle journey, ensuring that each interaction is characterized by warmth, care, and professionalism. You will build lasting relationships and create memorable experiences for our customers, collaborating closely with our Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include providing quality support for our Toyota New Zealand Direct customers, staying informed about Toyota's latest models and hybrid innovations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the smooth operation of our daily Toyota Store activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting our community alongside our dedicated team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is genuine, positive, and motivated by helping others. While prior sales experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. What matters most is your curiosity, resilience, and pride in fulfilling your commitments.
You will bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to remain composed in busy situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A full New Zealand driver's license and the right to work in New Zealand
