About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Painters as well as a Foreman to manage and oversee our painting projects. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in painting, outstanding leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a Painting Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and uphold the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the painting crew.
You will plan and schedule work assignments to ensure project deadlines are met.
It is essential to ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
You will inspect completed work to confirm it meets our quality standards.
Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance will also be part of your responsibilities.
Effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members is vital.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Painting Foreman or in a similar role.
A strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment is essential.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are a must.
Candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are crucial.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
You should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
