About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding an existing portfolio of properties. This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in property management and strong organizational and communication skills. Requirements To succeed in this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications and attributes: - Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Property Manager. - Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is preferred. - Computer Skills: Proficient in utilizing various computer systems. - Professionalism: High standards of personal presentation and professionalism. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Organizational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail. - Pressure Handling: Capability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting. - Advantageous Knowledge: Familiarity with Palace Liquid, Tapi, Inspection Express, or Book Me is a plus.
