About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Health, Safety & Systems Administrator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Health & Safety & Systems Manager and Directors to implement and support various health and safety functions. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring that safety practices are clearly understood and effectively applied both on-site and in our workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering health and safety systems and maintaining SOP training records
- Coordinating inductions for staff and contractors
- Supporting regular inspections of the workshop and site
- Assisting with the coordination of equipment tagging and testing
- Arranging random drug testing and health monitoring
- Preparing necessary documentation and maintaining job folders
- Conducting chemical emergency training for staff
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of proven experience in similar Health and Safety positions. You should demonstrate the ability to maintain H&S systems and training records effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills, along with strong attention to detail and a practical mindset, are essential. You will need to manage your time effectively while working across multiple teams and be comfortable in both office and industrial environments. A genuine commitment to fostering a strong safety culture is also crucial.
