About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our team for the winter season, with the potential to transition into a full-time role during the summer months. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable and understands that winter can present challenges, including unpredictable weather that may affect work hours. In this role, you will be engaged in a variety of outdoor tasks, including regular lawn and garden maintenance as well as residential and commercial landscaping projects. Each day will bring new challenges, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Requirements We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: - Previous gardening experience is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. - Excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork. - The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to our team culture. - Strong attention to detail and the initiative to address challenges as they arise. - A fit and healthy disposition, ready for the physical demands of the job. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, with an 8:00 AM start and a 5:00 PM finish on most days, adjusting seasonally.
