Service & Delivery Specialist We are seeking a skilled Service & Delivery Specialist to join our team, focusing on heat exchangers within the dairy and agri-tech sectors. This role is based in either Mt Maunganui or Hamilton and offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. About the Role In this frontline service position, you will be responsible for quoting, planning, and executing maintenance and upgrade projects specifically related to heat exchangers across various sites. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to assess their needs, scope the required work, and coordinate the delivery of services with precision. This position is vital to maintaining the continuity of product lines across dairy machinery, processing systems, and on-farm technology. Your efforts will ensure uptime, reliability, and compliance, which are critical to our clients' operations. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - A strong service mindset and experience in client-facing roles - A background in fitting, mechanical processing, or production planning - A solid understanding of heat exchangers and maintenance planning - The ability to quote jobs, assess plant requirements, and coordinate teams effectively - Proven experience with Microsoft Projects and delivery scheduling - High attention to detail and the capability to manage high-value client relationships - Confidence to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams Nice to Have While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous: - Previous experience in the dairy industry - A trade background in roles such as mechanical fitter, planning, scheduling, dairy technician, or plant maintenance - Experience in supporting two service divisions or multi-site operations In this role, you will report directly to the service manager and work alongside a competent internal team, as well as additional support resources.
