About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Toyota New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to partner with our business to deliver management reporting, analysis, and support for budgeting and forecasting. The position is permanent and full-time, based on-site at our Head Office in Palmerston North, and reports directly to our Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, reporting, analysis, and commentary. You will collaborate with various departments to conduct corporate and divisional financial reviews and complete assigned month-end processes. Additionally, you will support department managers with budgeting and forecasting and contribute to our Global Compliance function. This includes implementing and maintaining compliance tools and processes that ensure ethical and transparent operations. You will also work closely with local and global stakeholders on initiatives such as third-party risk management, continuous compliance monitoring, and internal control documentation. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should ideally be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in Management Accounting. However, if you have slightly less experience but are confident in your ability to excel as a Management Accountant, we encourage you to apply.
