About the Role We offer positions for Customer Champions, Cooks, and Shift Supervisors, all with flexible full-time and part-time hours that can accommodate your lifestyle. As a Customer Champion, you will provide outstanding service to our customers, preparing and serving delicious KFC meals while collaborating with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming store. In the Cook position, your responsibilities will include preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading, and cooking it to perfection. You will also ensure the kitchen remains clean and orderly and manage our fresh chicken supplies. For those interested in the Shift Supervisor role, you will lead your team to deliver excellent service throughout your shift, ensuring a smooth operation in the restaurant. What’s in it for You? Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement. If you achieve Gold Star certification while working a Cook shift, you can earn up to $24.74 per hour. As a Shift Supervisor, your rate can rise to $29.63 per hour. We also provide a complimentary meal for team members who work over four hours.
