About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to manage and coordinate various warehouse activities, including inbound, internal, and outbound processes. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely product availability and managing bookings for sales representatives, thereby upholding our client's reputation for excellence in healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately transacting all products within the required time frame using the SAP/ERP system.
- Ensuring the precise picking and dispatching of goods and inventory to customers.
- Maintaining surgical loaner instruments and implant sets.
- Managing bookings for sales representatives and inspecting sets for any missing items, arranging for replenishment as needed.
- Keeping track of loaner sets and updating their contents when necessary.
- Collaborating with national loan kit staff to ensure kit accuracy and traceability, ensuring all checklists are updated and kits are labeled correctly.
- Assisting with miscellaneous duties such as inventory stock takes and clerical tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven administrative experience in a logistics and warehousing environment.
- Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong ability to prioritize workload to meet all deadlines.
- Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changes in deliveries and timeframes from both customers and suppliers.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
