About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team in Dunedin. This full-time, permanent position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You will play a vital role in our success by engaging with customers and providing top-notch service. In this role, you will work Monday through Friday, handling phone and email inquiries, confirming jobs, and facilitating new customer sign-ups. Your attention to detail and clear communication will be essential as you collaborate with our operational teams to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
