About the Role We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers and support workers to join our team in Tokoroa. In this rewarding role, you will provide one-on-one support to clients with complex needs, assist with home help and housework, and engage in meaningful companionship. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, and dressing - Providing passive exercises and stretches - Supporting with household chores and meal preparation - Driving clients to appointments, work meetings, and community events We are looking for individuals who can empower our clients and help them achieve their goals. Previous experience in community care, residential care, aged care, or rehabilitation settings is desirable.
