About the Role We are seeking a Property Maintenance Person to join our team at Radius Baycare, located at 361 Puketona Rd, Haruru Falls, Paihia 0200. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facility and its grounds are well-maintained and presented. You will provide ongoing maintenance in accordance with our annual plan, ensuring timely and efficient upkeep of our buildings and equipment. Your duties will include performing minor carpentry, painting, and redecorating tasks as needed. You will also work closely with residents and facility management to address any general maintenance issues and manage external contractors effectively. This is a full-time position, requiring 32 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. Please note that Radius Care is unable to support work visas or visa changes for this role.
