About the Role We are currently looking for Scaffolders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and erecting scaffolding and working platforms for various construction projects. Additionally, you may be tasked with constructing stands and tiered seating for public events, such as concerts and sporting events. As a Scaffolder, you will assess areas that require scaffolding, make necessary calculations to determine the appropriate scaffolding setup, and safely unload and assemble the required materials. You will also be responsible for checking and maintaining scaffolding equipment, inspecting structures for safety, and dismantling scaffolding once the project is complete. Flexibility in work locations is preferred, as you may be assigned to projects across the country. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills and experience: - A minimum of one year of relevant scaffolding experience - A friendly demeanor, strong time management skills, and a solid work ethic - A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry - A sound understanding of health and safety procedures - Reliability and a hardworking attitude Benefits We offer competitive pay rates ranging from a minimum of $27.76 per hour to a maximum of $35.00 per hour. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours of work per week. The primary locations for this role include Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Nelson, Canterbury, and Otago. This position is permanent and full-time.
