About the Role We are currently seeking experienced professionals for two key positions: Senior Civil Design Engineer and Senior Civil Engineer (CPEng). In these roles, you will play a crucial part in the full lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to construction, while working alongside a multidisciplinary team. The Senior Civil Design Engineer will lead small to mid-sized projects utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D. Responsibilities include managing design, documentation, contract administration, site inspections, and client communications. The Senior Civil Engineer (CPEng) will focus on driving business development and nurturing client relationships. Key tasks include reviewing designs for quality and compliance, mentoring junior staff, and shaping strategic project delivery alongside technical experts. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - A qualification recognized by the Washington Accord or CPEng status - At least 10 years of experience in civil design, infrastructure, or land development - Proficiency in Civil 3D and a proven track record in business development and leadership - Excellent communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and client engagement skills - A collaborative mindset with a commitment to technical excellence Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 NZD, based on experience and seniority.
