About the Role As we approach the busy season, we are looking for experienced Excavator and Roller Operators to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be involved in various civil roading projects and will be expected to assist with ground tasks alongside your colleagues as needed. Key Responsibilities - Operate Excavators and Rollers safely and efficiently. - Perform ground-based laboring tasks to support the team. - Adhere to all health and safety procedures on site. Work Schedule This position is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday work as required. Expect to work over 40 hours per week. Requirements - Previous experience operating Excavators and Rollers is essential. - W (Wheels), T (Tracks), and R (Rollers) endorsements are required. - A Class 2 license or higher is preferred. - Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with their hours. - Ability to work well in a team environment is crucial. - Two work-related references are required. - Two forms of identification (Driver’s License and either a Birth Certificate or current Passport) must be provided. - Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
