About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time sales position in our Westgate store within the Electrical department, where you can leverage your competitive nature to thrive. In this role, you will focus on providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers to enhance their shopping experience.
You will receive comprehensive training on our electrical products, enabling you to effectively utilize your knowledge and skills when assisting customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling electrical products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the electrical department
- Assisting with operational tasks such as stock takes
- Working across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
About You
We are looking for an effective communicator who is eager to work hard and enjoy the rewards of their efforts. With uncapped commission, your earning potential is in your hands.
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Quick learning ability and a strong interest in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer use with basic numeracy skills
- Experience in retail sales and point of sale systems is desirable
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
