About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team in a permanent position focused on commercial construction projects throughout Waikato. This role provides an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position while remaining actively involved in hands-on carpentry work. You will lead a small team of four carpenters, overseeing the delivery of high-quality results on various commercial construction builds. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Proven experience in carpentry, specifically in the commercial sector - Experience in leading small teams - A valid Site Safe certification - Valid working rights in New Zealand - A full New Zealand driver's license Benefits We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $38 to $45 per hour, along with a weekly pay cycle. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Additionally, there are numerous career growth opportunities available within our organization.
