About the Role We are currently seeking an Availability 2IC to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers can easily find what they need and leave our store satisfied. Working from Tuesday to Saturday, with hours from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, you will contribute to making The Warehouse the preferred shopping destination for over 90% of New Zealanders. As an Availability 2IC, you will assist with presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery during off-peak hours to minimize any disruption to our customers. You will work closely with the Availability Manager, taking responsibility for stock availability, executing the Manager's Trading Plan, and overseeing the Fill Teams. This role will require strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
