About the Company We are a reputable company based in the New Plymouth area, known for our commitment to providing exceptional logistics services. As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team to meet the increasing demand for our services. About the Role We are currently seeking dedicated drivers to join our team on a full-time basis, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. The role may require you to work up to 12-hour shifts across five days, allowing for a maximum of 60 hours per week. The pay rate starts at $26 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $30 per hour based on your experience and skills. We are looking for an energetic individual who is comfortable starting work in the early hours of the morning. The ideal candidate will have completed secondary education and possess at least six months of commercial driving experience, along with a clean full driver’s license. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: - Sorting and sequencing items for delivery - Delivering parcels, documents, and other items - Collecting signatures upon delivery - Keeping accurate records of items received and delivered - Loading and unloading mail conveyances and handling internal mail equipment - Providing excellent customer service to our clients - Picking up items from regular clients as requested Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have: - A secondary school qualification - A valid driver’s license - At least six months of commercial driving experience or one year of relevant work experience Benefits We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for growth based on your skills and experience, as well as a dynamic work environment where you can thrive.
