About the Role
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Environmental Scientist specializing in Groundwater to join our Science Integration team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and reporting related to groundwater quality and quantity.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert advice in groundwater science tailored to the needs of the Council. You will also develop, implement, and manage groundwater monitoring and investigation programs. Additionally, you will play a role in crafting and executing strategies and programs that align with our organizational objectives.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. You should possess a thorough understanding of applicable national standards and guidelines, as well as relevant resource management legislation. Strong skills in producing high-quality scientific outputs and advice are essential for this position.

The initial remuneration for this position will be in the range of $97,740 to $103,170.
