About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Class 5 Truck Driver to join our team for a seasonal position. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting corn from field locations to our processing factory. The position involves 12-hour shifts, which may run from 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will: - Safely operate Class 5 trucks to transport corn from fields to the factory. - Load and unload cargo as required. - Complete daily vehicle checks and adhere to all health and safety procedures. - Maintain accurate delivery documentation. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - A full Class 5 Driver Licence is essential. - A Forklift Licence or Wheels Endorsement is required. - Previous experience in agricultural or bulk transport is preferred. - A strong safety awareness and reliability are crucial. Additionally, successful candidates will need to undergo pre-employment checks, which include passing a drug test and a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check before starting work.
