In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing safe and efficient traffic solutions for various civil projects. As we transition into Risk-Based Traffic Management, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact in your local community while enhancing your leadership skills within a supportive and safety-oriented team. In this position, you will: - Lead the shift to Risk-Based Traffic Management by exercising sound judgment and proactive planning on site. - Collaborate closely with crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth and safe project delivery. - Contribute to a positive team culture by mentoring new staff and sharing your expertise in traffic management. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - A current Class 1 driver's licence (a Class 2 licence is a plus). - STMS qualification or a commitment to achieving certification. - A strong work ethic, a fondness for physical activity, and the ability to thrive in a team that prioritizes safety, initiative, and a positive attitude.
