About the Role
We are seeking a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join our team at Fulton Hogan. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing safe and efficient traffic solutions for various civil projects. As we transition into Risk-Based Traffic Management, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact in your local community while enhancing your leadership skills within a supportive and safety-oriented team.
In this position, you will:
- Lead the shift to Risk-Based Traffic Management by exercising sound judgment and proactive planning on site.
- Collaborate closely with crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth and safe project delivery.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by mentoring new staff and sharing your expertise in traffic management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Class 1 driver's licence (a Class 2 licence is a plus).
- STMS qualification or a commitment to achieving certification.
- A strong work ethic, a fondness for physical activity, and the ability to thrive in a team that prioritizes safety, initiative, and a positive attitude.
