About the Role

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a talent for multitasking. Empathy is essential—putting yourself in the shoes of those we support is vital to building trust and effectively addressing their needs. You will be backed by a highly experienced team to guide and support you throughout your journey.
This position involves an 8-week rotating shift pattern, which includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts. You will be required to work all three types of shifts, so please consider your commitments outside of work before applying. We encourage you to review the attached job description for further details about the typical roster.

- Strong critical thinking abilities, including problem-solving and sound judgment
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Resilience in challenging situations with individuals exhibiting negative behavior
- A collaborative team spirit that contributes to our overall success
- Previous experience in shift work is advantageous as routines will vary
- A Full New Zealand Driver's License and the legal right to work in New Zealand without restrictions for a minimum of 24 months are required
