About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and skilled Senior Lifecycle Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Engagement team. In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing success of Trade Me Marketplace's lifecycle marketing. You will be working with one of New Zealand's most beloved brands and accessing one of the largest first-party datasets in the country. You will collaborate with a talented team of analysts, data scientists, designers, and marketers. In this position, you can expect to: - Develop innovative strategies to leverage Trade Me's data for creating automated and dynamic communications that enhance customer sessions, purchases, and listings while celebrating our customers. - Collaborate closely with Product, Martech, and Analyst teams to design cross-channel journeys for our key customer segments, complete with clear communication plans. - Utilize your understanding of customer data to create and send targeted automated communications across various platforms, including email, push notifications, in-app notifications, and content cards. - Employ strong research and writing skills, working alongside the wider marketing team and designers to develop, design, write, and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to a market-leading standard. - Lead the quarterly planning process by partnering with analysts and key stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for driving business and customer value. Requirements To excel in this role, you will bring: - Experience in developing, executing, and delivering email campaigns, with a focus on automation emails being a plus. - Previous experience with a Marketing Automation platform, with a preference for Braze, though this is not mandatory. - The ability to utilize data to create and evaluate customer engagement and lifecycle nurture programs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, as you will be responsible for crafting content for our engagement programs. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrating a high level of initiative and the ability to prioritize roadmap planning based on high impact.
