About the Role
In this position, you will be part of a small yet confident team, working rotating shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. We offer competitive compensation for your efforts. Your responsibilities will include fault finding, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs, along with routine maintenance on a wide range of plant and equipment.
You will also be involved in servicing and addressing breakdowns, contributing to our preventative maintenance culture, and operating and maintaining our steam plants. Familiarity with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) will be beneficial in this role.
Requirements and Skills
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. While a trade qualification in Maintenance and Diagnostics engineering (or an equivalent engineering trade qualification) is preferred, it is not mandatory.
We are looking for candidates with excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, as well as strong teamwork and communication abilities. Additionally, you should be willing to undergo background checks and provide employment references.
The role requires a commitment to working between 40 to 60 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the specified shift hours and with a rostered rotating day off.
