About the Role
We are seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a key role in assisting the RMO Unit by providing seamless and proactive coordination and administration services. Your responsibilities will include managing workforce planning, implementing rostering processes (including electronic pay rostering), overseeing leave management, and providing pastoral care for our Resident Medical Officers.
This position falls under the PSA National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement.
About You
We are looking for a self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to inspire and influence others. You should be a process-driven administrative professional with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of previous administration or coordination experience
- Proven organizational skills with a strong focus on detail
- Excellent understanding of administration policies, systems, and procedures
- A balanced perspective that supports quick and pragmatic decision-making based on sound judgment
- Experience managing time-critical demands and prioritizing workload effectively
- Previous experience in a health or public sector environment is desirable
